SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
2024 Delivery Coverage
During 2024, delivery services will be available exclusively within the Canary Islands.
Delivery Expansion 2025
From 2025, our delivery services will be expanded to include mainland Spain and other European countries.
TRANSPORT COMPANIES
Your orders to Polaris333 will be delivered by MRW, Tipsa and Correos parcel services.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
You will receive your purchase at the address you provide us.
For the purposes of these Conditions, "delivery" or the order will be deemed to have taken place or been "delivered" when you or a third party indicated by you acquires physical possession of the products, which will be evidenced by the signature of the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.
DELIVERY TIMES
The maximum delivery time is 72 hours for the Canary Islands.
Order preparation time is usually 1 business day, but during periods of high demand, it may take up to 3 business days.
On weekends, the transport company does not make collections or deliveries.
These dates may be subject to change due to special circumstances, as well as local or national holidays.
LACK OF DELIVERY
The transport company will attempt to deliver the order up to two times. If delivery cannot be made due to absence, the package will be left at our offices for collection for 7 days. If after that time the package has not been collected, it will be returned to our facilities.
DAMAGED OR MANIPULATED PACKAGE
If your package arrives damaged, opened, or shows signs of tampering, please do not accept it. Instead, ask the courier to note the reason for refusal on the delivery note. Additionally, taking a photo of the package will help speed up and strengthen our claim with the courier company.
If you decide to accept the package despite its poor condition, Bloomy will not be responsible for filing a complaint with the courier company. In such cases, the customer assumes full responsibility for addressing the issue directly with the courier company. We recommend photographing the package upon receipt, preferably while it is still with the courier, to prove that the damage was not caused by the customer. We also advise that the courier explicitly notes on the delivery note that the package was received in poor condition.
SHIPPING RATES
This shipping price table is provided for information purposes only and should be considered as a general guide. Prices may fluctuate depending on the conditions of the shipping company. The final price will be confirmed at the time of payment.
For orders under €10, the price will be €6.50.
For orders between €10 and €50, the price will be €4.90.
For orders of €50 or more, the price will be free.
As our warehouses are located in the Canary Islands, no customs fees or IGIC (Canarian General Indirect Tax) will apply.
