Return policy
You can return any item purchased from Polaris333 within 14 calendar days of receiving it. Returns are accepted for a shipping error, a manufacturing defect, or simply because you changed your mind. If the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, Polaris333 will cover the return shipping costs. We are also responsible for any defects or problems that arise within two years of delivery. However, if you return the item because you changed your mind, you will be required to cover the return shipping costs.

Requirements for return
For a return to be valid, the product must be in its original packaging, unopened and unaltered. Returns of opened or tampered items are only accepted if the product is defective.

Return options
Refund: We offer a refund using the original payment method if the return meets our requirements and deadlines. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the item is defective.
Exchange: We can exchange the item for the same product in cases of shipping errors or defects. Alternatively, you can choose another product of equal value, or a different product by paying the price difference.
Online return process
Manufacturing defects or shipping errors: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us and we will arrange for a courier to collect the item at a time convenient to you. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will either send you a replacement (or an alternative item at the same price or with a price adjustment) or issue a refund using your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
Change of mind: If you wish to return a product, please notify us by email or phone. Then, package the item securely and send it back to us using a certified shipping method. The product must remain unopened, untampered with and in perfect condition with all seals and packaging intact. Once we verify the return, we will refund your payment (excluding shipping costs) using the original payment method.
Non-delivery: If the courier is unable to deliver the package due to the absence of the recipient, the order will be returned to our facilities. After receiving the package, we will refund the amount minus the shipping costs.
