Directions:

Instructions for use
- Apply with a cotton pad or pat with fingers all over face.
- Use after cleansing as part of your morning and nighttime skincare routine.
- Wait 1 minute (60 seconds) for the toner to dry before applying other products, such as serum or moisturizer.
